What is vulcanization molding?

Vulcanization is the process of converting raw rubber or liquid silicone into a strong, elastic, temperature-resistant material through heat and pressure (usually 160–200 °C ) in a closed mold.

We run three main methods every day:

- **Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection** – 2-component platinum-cure silicone, baby-safe, medical-grade, crystal-clear or colored

- **High-Consistency Rubber (HCR) compression & transfer** – EPDM, NBR, Viton, natural rubber, solid silicone for gaskets, mounts, O-rings

- **Rubber-to-plastic or rubber-to-metal overmolding** – perfect bonding in one shot

- Automatic dosing + color pumping for LSR (no manual mixing)

- Cryogenic deflashing + optical inspection for zero flash

- In-house hardness testing (Shore A 5–90), compression set, tear strength

How to start a rubber / LSR project with us

1. Send us your 3D file, 2D drawing, or physical sample

2. We quote mold + unit price within 2–5 days

3. You pay 50 % mold deposit → mold built in 20–45 days

4. T1 samples → you approve → pay remaining 50 % mold + first batch

5. 50% production deposit→Production starts immediately (typical lead time 7–20 days) →pay remaining 50% production→shippment
